 Online Customer Space Offline 

When 70% of our customers shifted to online buying versus 30% just three years ago, I started thinking how do we bring them back more often to our brick-and-mortar locations.

The idea is to take the online concepts of collaboration and communities and recreate these experiences in offline locations. What brings people together online in loosely and voluntarily associated groups is the affinity for a specific or generic area of interest.  (more…)
